We are licensed under U.S. Trademark Registration No. 2,.890,828 .

We are also licensed under a pending U.S. design application for us for an invention entitled; WAVY GRIP POOL CUE which application has been approved by the United States Patent and Trademark Office and will be issued in the very near future.
